Locum Planning Lawyer

Locum Planning Lawyer – £35 to £45 per hour – Buckinghamshire

Venn Group's specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Planning Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in Buckinghamshire.

The position is offered for an initial period of 3 months with the possibility of extension, on a part-time basis but full-time applicants may be considered and limited home working arrangements are available.

The successful applicant will possess a thorough knowledge of planning law and will have managed a caseload of matters within Local Government.

Day-to-day duties will include:

• Providing advice on a wide range of planning matters
• Advising and representing clients in negotiations and discussions
• Drafting and negotiating section 106 agreements
• Offering support to other legal departments as and when required
• Attending planning enquiries and Planning Committees

The position offers an attractive rate of £35 to £45 per hour umbrella
