IP / IT / Commercial Lawyer - Top Global Firm!

An exceptional opportunity for a mid-level Commercial/IP/IT lawyer to join a leading global firm and advise on some of the biggest deals worldwide. The team are hugely busy and looking for a number of people around the 3+PQE level.

You will gain excellent experience advising clients on a range of IP/IT issues across all sectors but with a particular emphasis on financial services, pharma and telecoms. Much of the work will have an international dimension and you will enjoy significant responsibility and superb training.

Candidates must have very strong academics but the size of firm you are coming from is not key and the team have historically recruited from all sorts of firms in different locations. Australians and New Zealanders from top-tier firms have always fitted in extremely well.

The successful candidate will work closely with a range of partners in the Commercial/IP/IT team and will be expected to contribute towards the continued development of the practice. The team is open to meeting lawyers from other disciplines (including pure Corporate lawyers) who might be considering a change in practice towards commercial as well as corporate work.

Strong knowledge of commercial contract law, IP and IT as it relates to large, commercial transactions would be particularly useful for this role. A fun, good sense of humour is also requested!
