A Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic Liverpool City Centre based opportunity with an established, forward thinking specialist property law firm. Applications are invited from qualified or non qualified Residential Conveyancers at all levels, looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a busy but supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £25,000 and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

An expanding, specialist property law firm my client has developed excellent relationships with a number of estate agents, financial advisors and other referral sources, delivering a high quality legal service to a nationwide client base

The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and will also have the opportunity to develop alongside senior team members and act as a 2nd opinion for less experienced fee earners. A major plus is that there is no requirement to go out and generate work - pipelines are full and fee earners are expected to fee earn and nothing else.

The successful candidate will possess at least 18 months experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the ability to manage sales and purchases to conclusion.
