My client is seeking an experienced legal commercial contracts specialist or a solicitor with in-house experience to join the company to support functions and departments across the business. As part of this role, you will act as the first point of contact on legal activities and work closely with colleagues from the sales, finance, commercial and product teams.

The Role

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of contractual documents, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements and sales and purchase terms and conditions.
- Ensure that contract review processes operate efficiently and comprehensive records of contractual commitments are maintained.
- Providing advice with regards to dispute management
- Supporting on strategic investments
- Ensuring the legal compliance procedures are adhered to across the company
- Providing sound advice to senior stakeholders up to CEO level.

The Candidate

- Qualified as a solicitor/legal executive/contracts manager and has 2/3 years experience of commercial law
- Strong business acumen with experience in commercial negotiations preferably from the information technology industry
- An ability to work independently or as part of a team with good attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
