UCITS Lawyer, Global Asset Manager – 6m FTC

Our client, a global asset manager, is looking for an experienced funds lawyer to join their London based legal team on a 6 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will provide legal support for the firm’s Irish UCITS fund ranges.

Responsibilities

• Update offering documentation for Irish UCITS funds to address European regulatory developments
• Provide legal support for all aspects of the firm’s Irish UCITS fund
• Respond to questions from various internal stakeholders regarding Irish funds
• Provide support on an ad hoc basis for senior supervising lawyer

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE gained in asset management
• Specific experience in fund maintenance and restructuring, including familiarity with documentation and regulation, particularly the UCITS regime required.
