Corporate Lawyer

This role is for a Corporate lawyer joining the Equity Capital Markets team at a leading international law firm in the city.

The role will entail a combination of corporate matters from M&A and Private Equity but it will focus mainly on Equity Capital Markets.

Key responsibilities will include handling:

• Block trades
• IPOs
• GDRs or ADRs
• Cross border securities offerings
• other public equity transactions

Profile

The successful candidate will be driven with great academics. They will have experience from a city based corporate team and be willing to work in a collaborative environment with high value, cross border work.
