Keys responsibilities include:

  • preparing investment agreements
  • facilitate funding rounds
  • preparing SH consents and board resolutions
  • general corporate duties

Profile

A successful Venture Capital Associate will have a strong academic background and and a keen interest in emerging companies.

A general corporate background with experience in both public and private companies as well as experience working on a full range of investment rounds (A-F) is desirable.
