A leading residential property team requires a solicitor of 2+ years of PQE to join their team based in Surrey.

The Role

• The successful residential property solicitor will be managing the full residential conveyancing cycle for the sale and purchase for freehold and leasehold properties.
• Your clients will range from developers to first-time buyers and high net worth individual property investors, including their lenders.
• The team has continued to grow at an impressive rate and are trusted to work as an in-house team for most of their clients.

The Candidate

The residential team are looking for a property solicitor who can demonstrate excellent residential conveyancing experience from instruction to post-completion, and at least 3 years of PQE. Other desirable qualities and experiences include:

• A strong team ethos and can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A high level of accuracy
• A commercial approach to dealing with client queries
• Versatility and a positive approach to supporting other areas of the department as needed
