Role Description

In joining the team as a Residential Conveyancer, you will be handling a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion. The work will vary depending on your level of experience, however it is likely to include:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
• Re-mortgages
• Leasehold flats
• Newbuilds
• Transfers of Equity
• Extensive client contact

Candidate Requirements

The firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer with:

• Experience as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer / Fee Earner
• 6+ months’ previous experience of independently handling a caseload from inception through to post completion
• The ability to work autonomously in a busy conveyancing department
• Sound technical knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a first rate service to clients

Salary and Benefits
