A regional law firm in Wirral is looking for a Conveyancer to join them for a full-time, permanent role.
Your new firm
The successful Residential Conveyancer will be joining the established team of a regional high street firm that represents clients across a range of legal sectors. The residential property team is well regarded in the local area for its conveyancing services.
Your new role
- The Conveyancer will handle a varied caseload of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to include new build and shared ownership.
- The Conveyancer will join a supportive team with a wealth of knowledge in residential property using your skills in client relationship management.
About you
The firm looks to hire a qualified Solicitor, licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive who demonstrates 3+ years of previous experience of handling a full and diverse residential caseload.
