Driven Residential Conveyancer sought for a leading practice in Oxfordshire.
Our client, a CQS accredited firm in Thame, has been actively seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer on a full-time, permanent basis. Maintaining the highest level of client service to all parties, the successful candidate will handle a busy and demanding caseload of residential conveyancing matters within the lender finance / bridging department.
Responsibilities
• Managing files from initial instruction through to completion
• Title checking
• Preparation of contracts and supporting documents
• Checking official copy documents
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Post-completion matters and administration
• Closing files closed in accordance with internal procedures
• Ensuring all billing is accurate and timely
The Candidate
• Licenced conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of two years’ PQE
• Solid experience in residential conveyancing matters gained within a reputable firm
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent attention to details
• Outstanding communication and client care skills
