Your role as a Tax Associate:

• Opportunity to take the lead on advising clients on a wide range of tax issues including acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, corporate reorganisations, debt restructuring, real estate transactions and structured finance
• Work closely with the team as well as the three Partners
• Deal with both domestic and international cross border issues.
