Property Fee Earner

Our client, a law firm with offices throughout Cumbria are seeking to appoint a Property Fee Earner with experience in Residential Conveyancing for their Kendal office.

The role will involve handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters covering; Sales & Purchases, Re Mortgages and Transfer of Equity on behalf of Freehold & Leasehold properties.

The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 3 years Residential Conveyancing experience managing their own caseload; from taking instructions to completion they must be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge. Additionally, you will have excellent organisational abilities and show a clear understanding of SRA Code of Conduct, any previous case management system experience would be an advantage.

Alternatively, this firm would be willing to accept re-trains into Residential or Re-locating candidates to Kendal.
