A leading top 500 claimant firm based in Southampton require a litigation executive to join their serious injury team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Executive to join a leading Serious Injury team Serious Injury Team acts for Claimants who have suffered serious injury including; Adult Brain Injury, Child Brain Injury, Fatal Incident including Inquest work, Limb Loss, and complex orthopaedic injuries.

The successful serious injury litigation executive will have experience of acting for those with serious injury. They will also have an aspiration to further their career development within the department to secure a formal qualification such as CILEX or Solicitor.

As a serious injury litigation exeuctive you will assist senior lawyers in the progression of claimant serious injury claims to include, amongst other matters, take witness statements, forensically analyse records, draft letter of instructions, attend Hearings, and conduct research
