The London office of a US firm is actively looking to add to their highly regarded Private Equity team. The team and firm generally handles high value deals including traditional leveraged buyouts and PE secondaries work (such as the restructuring and acquisition of PE Funds).
They operate across a range of industries including retain, industrials, telecoms, media, and natural resources.
The successful candidate will most likely come from a Silver, Magic or US Firm and be experienced in dealing with high-value, complex and multi-jurisdictional buyouts. They would have an excellent academic background and probably between 3 and 5 years PQE While not essential some business development experience would be desirable.
