An opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer has arisen within a Legal 500 firm. This is a Head of Department role based at their office in central Leicester.

The Opportunity
The Residential Conveyancer will be leading a forward-thinking Residential Conveyancing department whilst running their own mixed caseload of sale and purchase files, including;
- Freehold
- Leasehold
- Shared ownership
- New build
About You
The ideal Residential Conveyancer will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / ILEx Lawyer
- 5+ years’ experience of running a varied caseload of files consisting of the matters listed above
- An enthusiasm for business development
- A keen interest in networking and building the department
- Experience of managing a team (advantageous)
Job Offer
On offer for this Residential Conveyancer position:
- Salary of £28,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Permanent, full time contract

- 28 days’ holiday (plus additional days over Christmas when the office is closed)
