The Role:
This Corporate Reorganisations role has come about due to a strong pipeline of work. As a result. The firm is looking to expand its Corporate Reorganisations practice. The Corporate Reorganisations role will be varied and include project management as well as the drafting of documents required within the reorganisation framework.
Requirements:
To be successful in this Corporate Reorganisations role, you will have a strong academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree) and a minimum of 1PQE. Corporate experience is desirable but the firm is open to candidates with a background in transactional or commercial work..
