A rare opportunity has arisen for an industrial disease head of department to join a high profile team in Nottingham. You will be able to enjoy high quality and secure work sources, plus the chance to manage and mentor a productive and skilled team.
While handling claimant work, your team will be motivated and driven by yourself.
Typically the work coming into the firm includes Hand Arm Vibration (HAVS), Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), Work Related Upper Limb Disorders (WRULD), Work Related Stress and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH). You will supervise the work coming into the team.
You will be an admitted solicitor or FILEX with significant post-qualification experience. You will be operating as a Court Grade A. You will also possess strong supervisory skills with excellent client care and interpersonal skills, coupled with an enthusiasm to train and share experiences.
It is expected that you will participate in marketing events. You will also have a good understanding of the relevant statutory and common law legal practice procedures, together with the ability to communicate this knowledge to all levels of people.

You should be able to travel between Nottingham and Birmingham and be able to base yourself in those different offices depending upon business requirements.
