The Role:

The firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor (2-6 years PQE) for their Bristol office.

You will work across exceptionally high value Corporate Law matters, including M&A, Equity Capital Markets, US Securities, Private Equity and much more.

You will have excellent career progression prospects and work on some of the most high value, high profile international and national cases in the UK; the firm have clients that include household global names.

Requirements:

You will be a Corporate Solicitor (2-6 years PQE)

You will have evidence of meeting billing targets

You will have experience across a wide range of Corporate matters

You will work well in a team and autonomously

You will be ambitious and dynamic
