An outstanding opportunity to join one of the leading firms in the UK, right here in the centre of Bristol. The firm are looking recruit a Corporate Associate to join their highly regarded team, consisting of over 15 partners and over 50 fee earners throughout their multiple offices in the UK.

As an Associate within the Corporate team you will work closely alongside leading individuals within their field on a range of Corporate matters including M&A, Private Equity, asset management and investments funds, Reorganisations, Equity capital markets and corporate governance. Depending on your level, there will also be opportunities to supervise junior members within the team. Due to the size and reputation of this firm, your work will be of high quality and high value with clients such as multinational corporations, government and leading financial institutions.

You will ideally have gained Corporate experience within a leading regional or City firm, have excellent academics and be up to roughly 6 years PQE.
