- Conducting advocacy
- Preparing cases for trial
- Representing vulnerable clients
- Attending police station interviews
- Liaising with CPS and courts
- Interviewing witnesses and drafting witness statements
- File management
The Candidate
- Applications are encouraged from solicitors and barristers with a minimum of three years’ PQE in criminal defence matters
- Ideally, you will possess Crime Duty status
- The ability to provide first class client care is essential
- Being confident, organised and flexible is required
- The successful Crown Court Advocate will be technically proficient
