We are now actively seeking a driven Corporate and Commercial Solicitor for our client’s busy office in the Wokingham area. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of corporate and company commercial matters, whilst proving to strive for success.

• Transaction due diligence
• Asset and share sales
• Structuring and re-structuring
• Private equity reorganisations and demergers
• Corporate structures
• Corporate governance
• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Joint ventures
• Tax efficient investments
• Terms and conditions
• High-value business transactions

The Candidate
• Newly qualified solicitors up to three years’ PQE
• Solid experience in corporate and commercial matters gained within a reputable firm
• Technical acumen is required
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• The ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks is essential
