This is a rare opportunity for a talented paralegal, legal executive or solicitor to join our client’s bespoke office in Stratford upon Avon. The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload consisting of civil litigation matters, whilst showing business awareness on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
• General civil disputes
• Consumer disputes
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Possession claims
• Personal injury
• Debt recovery
• Partnership disputes
• Intellectual property disputes
• Contract disputes
• Potentially, some criminal matters
The Candidate
• Paralegals, legal executives and solicitors at all levels of experience
• Solid experience in civil litigation matters is essential
• Experience in criminal matters will be advantageous
• Excellent client care skills are essential
• Strong technical ability is highly desired
