Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal and tax advice to the business
- Provide advice on tax risks on potential investments
- Monitor international tax laws
- Assist with global tax legal and compliance structure
- Legal and tax reporting
- Refine global tax policies and procedures from a legal standpoint
Key Requirements:
- Must be legally qualified / hold an LLB from an international University
- 5 + years experience in tax planning for an asset manager with a global portfolio of investments
- Must have experience of providing international tax advice in a fast paced M&A environment
- Ideally have knowledge of U tax laws for investments
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
