A top UK firm with a strong international reputation is looking to hire a Restructuring and Insolvency Associate (0-2 PQE) to join its London team.

It is a full service firm with a wealth of offices across the globe and an impressive client roster. The firm focuses on the energy and infrastructure, technology, media and telecoms and financial services sectors.

The Team:

The Restructuring and Insolvency team sits within the Finance Group and carries out a broad range of general advisory, transactional and contentious work covering both restructuring and insolvency.

The Restructuring and Insolvency team has a reputation for delivering on market leading and innovative mandates. All of the team’s work is generally complex and cross-border and is a good mix of financial restructuring and insolvency advice.

The Role:

In this Restructuring and Insolvency role, you will advise on a broad range of matters. Your work will involve company-side advisory mandates, advising financial creditors, officeholders and directors.

Requirements:

To be successful in this Restructuring and Insolvency role, you will have an excellent academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree) and experience of Restructuring and Insolvency work at a City firm. You will also be England and Wales qualified.
