Graduate Recruitment Advisor

My client, a London-based global firm working with some of the world’s leading businesses, is currently recruiting a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Graduate Recruitment Advisor will support the candidate-facing work of both the UK Graduate and US Corporate Finance Group. Reporting directly into the Graduate Recruitment Manager, the key duties will include but not be limited to:

• Responsible for the delivery of an exceptional graduate diversity strategy and partnering with their internal networks to ensure the firms diversity strategy is well aligned.
• Organisation and attendance of campus events to attract the strongest Graduates and being a key point of contact for any external suppliers of all external advertising.
• Accountable for the delivery of entire communication campaign and responsible for the management of sign-ups for events throughout the season.
• Interviewing for both Vacation schemes and Trainee roles across the firm.
• Management of the annual US Summer programme and LLM recruitment.

The Graduate Recruitment Advisor will have previous high-volume entry-level recruitment experience in a professional services environment. They will have experience in running social media campaigns and building internal and external relationships. They will have worked on successful Diversity programmes and have a passion about driving this within a new firm.The right candidate will be positive and proactive and will be able to cope under pressure.
