An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Defendant Complex Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a top rated international firm. This is a permanent, full time role based in London.
The Role
The appointed Personal Injury Lawyer will take on the following key duties:
- Managing a caseload of litigated defendant complex RTA/EL/PL claims including catastrophic claims
- Assisting on higher value claims
- Working with a broad range of client to include local authorities, self-insured companies etc
The Candidate
To be considered for this Personal Injury Lawyer role, you will require:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive
- Experience of handling multi-track defendant RTA/EL/PL claims
- Experience of dealing with litigated multi-track EL/PL claims including large loss (between £50,000 to £2million)
- Experience of setting strategy on cases, assisting on catastrophic injury claims and using Ogden 7 calculations
