Head of Legal (with significant flexible working)
Client
You will be working for a globally recognised organisation.
Role
You will have 10 direct reports and will report into the Global General Counsel.
You will sit on various internal management committees, represent the organisation in front of several third party external bodies, handle media queries and manage external legal budgetary spend.
You will have the opportunity to travel internationally and will be able to undertake flexible working. You will work a 25 hour week and will be able to put in place a flexible working pattern to suit your own personal needs and situation.
You
You will be a qualified lawyer (in any jurisdiction) with approximately 9+ years' PQE. You will have significant prior experience of corporate finance, F.S., insurance and/or risk governance related issues. Any prior public law experiences or exposure would be a bonus but is not a pre-requisite.
Prior in-house experience is not required.
