The role is with a dynamic, rapidly expanding global law firm focused on providing a complete legal service to clients in their core sectors. They advise businesses that are at the centre of worldwide commerce and trade. The key responsibilities will be to support multiple stakeholders in the business providing the office with a number of duties that will increase office efficiency by recording the events of meetings and producing out going documents. Furthermore, it will require you to assist in the carrying out of reviews in the business as it portents to the human resource activities. You will be part of welcoming new talent to the business, making sure payroll is operating to a high standard whilst also taking part in exit interviews with staff.
The firm expects a positive attitude to relationship-building in the business and being able to collate those relationships. Having a strong attention to detail, being able to be a part of a team and work towards a common adjective are key. These skills are going to be very important in this role and being able to use Microsoft Office programs to a high standard is going to be vital to the success in this role.
This role is suitable for someone who has recently completed relevant qualifications or a person who has similar experience within a corporate environment.
