My client, a well established central Manchester based firm, seeks to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join the team.
This Residential Conveyancer role will involve managing an existing case load of Domestic Sales and Purchase conveyancing matters included Leasehold work from start to finish. This is a lively environment that consists of two Conveyancing Fee Earners and two Conveyancing Secretaries/ Assistants.
You will have 3 years' experience handling a Conveyancing caseload at the minimum to be considered, ideally qualified. Commercial experience is desirable but not essential.
Salary will be dependent on experience level but up to £40,000 for the perfect candidate.
