Due to their recent growth, our client is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join the fast paced team in their Glasgow city centre office.
On a daily basis, your role will include managing your own caseload (high volume), dealing with all sale and purchase transactions, transfers of title, new build purchases, private client remortgage work, finalising missives, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, preparing and finalising documents and delivering a first-class customer service.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in dealing with both sale and purchase transactions from inception to completion, ideally holding a paralegal qualification in residential conveyancing. In addition, the firm can offer great career progression prospects along with an excellent benefits package.
