This Leicester based Law Firm has a new opportunity for a Property Solicitor to join its expanding team. The Firm has a full service offering and has been assisting its strong client base of individuals, families and businesses for over 150 years.
Your new role
Following a recent acquisition, you will initially be taking over a residential property portfolio but will have the opportunity to work with and learn from a senior partner who specialises in commercial property work, who is due to retire in a few years. Long-term you will have the option to specialise in either service line or keep a broader/mixed portfolio of work.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified solicitor (although legal executives and licensed conveyancers will be considered) who is proficient in dealing with the full remit of residential property matters. Commercial property and property disputes experience would be advantageous but not essential. You will be passionate about working with clients to deliver results and be keen to make your mark in the sector.
