Our client are a modern and extremely progressive top tier, Legal 500 Law firm that has grown substantially over the last 10 years to a turnover of £7.5m, 45 fee earners and 90 staff.

They have now got to the size where they wish to recruit an HR Manager with previous experience in either a regional or London law firm.

The HR Manager will be responsible for the proactive delivery of the full range of HR services, including recruitment, induction, employee engagement, learning & development, culture, employee relations, succession planning and performance management.

They seek a leader to ensure the delivery of an effective HR service to all employees whilst constantly reviewing and improving all people focused processes. Someone that has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a number of ongoing initiatives at one time. Ability to balance operational and business needs against risk is a must alongside strong knowledge of UK employment law.
