Commercial Property Locum – Cardiff/Remote Working
£40 to £50 per hour
A unique opportunity to work as a Commercial Property Locum within a modern, forward thinking department has emerged a leading, Legal 500-recognised firm in Cardiff, offering full remote working (if required).
The successful locum would be required from commencement to completion of a specific, large scale refinancing transaction on an ad-hoc basis; with the possibility of extension, while they recruit permanently.
The ideal candidate will therefore have extensive prior experience with refinancing of commercial property and at least four years' PQE within commercial property matters.
The rate of pay on offer is expected to be between £40 and £50 per hour, dependent on experience.
