Commercial Contracts- International Organisation

This is an interesting and varied opportunity with a breadth of responsibility across the business.You will form part of the commercial team who play an integral part in the day to day commercial activities of the business.

You will work closely with clients, contractors, consultants and business partners, advising on matters of risk, commercial contracts, commercial management and administration.

Your input will have a material impact on major international projects and some of the most high profile and high scale work available.

Some of the key elements will require a solid grasp of commercial contract drafting and negotiation, warranties, bonds, sub contracts, Joint Venture agreements and associated contractual documents.

You will be crucial in providing bid support and assisting with the delivery of general commercial and contractual training within the company.
