Are you looking to join an award-winning Conveyancing Team in an assistant capacity?
A well regarded, full-service Newcastle law firm is looking to expand. As such they require a conveyancing legal assistant to join its large successful Newcastle based team. You will also be joining a firm that tends to promote from within, therefore career progression opportunities are realistic.
As a residential conveyancing legal assistant, your main responsibility is to assist the fee earners. This includes drafting forms and applications, providing quotations, title checks and searches, drafting and exchanging contracts and processing completions during a fee earners absence.
Whilst some training will be provided you will have had exposure to residential conveyancing and be able to hit the ground running. You will also need to have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as good ICT skills. In addition, you will be a self-motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team and can work to strict timescales.
