A residential conveyancer (either qualified or qualified through experience) is required to join a highly reputable law firm in central Derby.
The successful candidate will join a well established team of 7 other fee earners, taking on their own caseload of sales, purchases, new-builds, remortgages and transfer of equity files. You will be fully supported by a legal assistant who will take care of administrative duties so you can stick to the fee earning!
The firm is experiencing a period of growth at the moment. The Conveyancing Team is really busy so the successful candidate can expect to hit the ground running on an active caseload.
The firm can offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000 with uncapped bonus earning potential.
