Corporate Senior Associate 5 years+ PQE Hertfordshire

Well established regional firm has a new opening to suit an experienced senior associate to join their corporate team.

Our client has a fine reputation for corporate transactions and is home to a team which undertakes corporate M&A, private equity and financing work on behalf of SME businesses, owner managed companies as well as partnerships, start-ups and larger companies.

The firm is keen to appoint an associate or senior associate with a minimum of 5 years corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the Northern Home Counties from another centre or London.

With at least 5 years PQE gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of leading on good sized transactions. You'll have the licence in this role to use your networking, marketing and business development skills to build strong relationships with new and existing clients. The ability to help drive growth in the corporate team would be of particular interest to the firm's management team.
