Trusts & Estates Litigation Solicitor/ Barrister 3+ years’ PQE/ Call WILTSHIRE

The Private Client team at this Wiltshire law firm is looking to recruit a Trusts and Estates Litigation Solicitor/ Barrister of 3 or more years’ PQE/ Call. The team advises charities, individuals and professionals. They advise on the full range of issues that arise in relation to an estate or trust from one-off questions to fully contested litigation involving multi-million pound estates. Their work includes challenges to the validity of a will, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel claims, claims for the repayment of lifetime gifts and international issues. If you are a Solicitor you will have a strong Litigation background with at least some experience of Trusts & Estates Litigation. Also, you will be willing to undertake the ACTAPS course, if you haven’t already done so. If you are a Barrister, you will have at least some experience of dealing with cases which have involved Trusts & Estates Litigation/ Chancery Litigation.
