Commercial Property Solicitor 1+ years’ PQE BRISTOL

Law firm in Bristol listed in the directories for the work it does in Commercial Property law is looking to recruit one, possibly two Commercial Property Solicitors to its team. The team acts for well-known regional and national developers, investment companies, waste operators, FE Colleges and local authorities on matters relating to commercial and residential developments, energy and waste projects, education property investment, healthcare, self-invested pension schemes and retail franchising, for which the department has a superb reputation both locally and further afield. You will have already gained some experience of working on a range of commercial property transactions, and be seeking to expand your skills and knowledge, whilst being supported by an experienced team. The successful candidate will enjoy high quality, high value work. You will be an excellent communicator with strong technical and organisational skills and you'll be accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. Our client is ideally looking for candidates with a broad range of Commercial Property experience, but they will consider candidates who perhaps have experience in a specific area but are looking to broaden the range of work which they undertake.
