Commercial law firm in Cambridge is seeking to recruit a Corporate/ Commercial Solicitor of 3 or more years’ PQE. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a talented individual looking to progress their career, to join this Corporate and Commercial Team. Whilst the role is based in the Cambridge office, the successful candidate should be willing to travel to the firms’ other offices as and when required. The type of work which you will be involved with will include: This includes: • general company and business law advice • commercial agreements • mergers and acquisitions • structuring and restructurings business operations • equity capital raisings • shareholders’ agreements • joint ventures and other collaboration • establishing, merging, operating and winding up partnerships: general partnerships, LPs and LLPs • internet and e-commerce advice • bank and other loan facilities and security • project finance.
