Family Solicitor – Our client, a multi-disciplined firm practicing law for over 50 years in Hampshire now needs a further solicitor to join their established family team.
About the Role
Due to expansion they are now looking for a 1-3 PQE+ lawyer who has relevant case handling experience in all aspects of private family and matrimonial law. He/she should have a good track record of managing a broad and diverse private caseload, consisting of divorce & separation, financial arrangements, cohabitation, children, international & cross-border disputes, pre and post nuptial agreements and civil Partnerships.
Candidate Requirements
Whilst this role is designed for a 1PQE+ solicitor they will consider NQ’s for this role who have either worked in a paralegal capacity in family law, or sat an extended seat in family law. You will need to show your ability at building and maintaining effective client relationships and will be expected to represent the firm via networking and marketing events. You will be joining an existing team of 12; therefore, the ability to work well with others, strong organisation and communication skills are a must.
