A boutique law firm based in Central London is looking to appoint an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor for their small and dynamic team. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this property litigation tole offers up to £75,000 per year.

Your new role

In a role newly created due to rapid growth, the successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be responsible for:

• Working alongside the team’s Partner on some larger commercial litigation matters
• Running their own caseload of property litigation files including landlord and tenant disputes
• Picking up commercial and construction litigation files alongside their property disputes work

Candidate profile

The firm wishes to speak with qualified Solicitors who demonstrate:

• 4-6 years of PQE gained at a recognised City firm
• Extensive experience of landlord and tenant disputes

This is a great opportunity for a mid-level Commercial Litigation Solicitor to move away from a large firm and join a smaller niche practice while broadening their experience.

Benefits
