Personal Injury Legal Secretary Temporary - Sheffield - Immediate start £9 per hour
A highly regarded firm of solicitors is now recruiting for a Personal Injury Legal Secretary to work within the PI Department, the role requires someone to start on a temporary basis to start on Monday 14th October 2019. This opportunity, located in Sheffield with free parking and easy access from Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster, represents a great opportunity to working in a leading regional firm and will last for around four weeks.
Key Responsibilities
*To provide accurate and professional typing for the Director(s).
*To provide a clerical service for the Director(s).
*To assist the Director(s) in dealing with clients via telephone.
*To prepare trial bundles.
*To prepare Court documentation.
*To photocopy documents.
*To ensure that the Department's filing system is updated and that documents can be easily retrieved.
*To work in any other areas as requested by the Company if necessary which may include other offices.
*To use and have a good understanding of the Case Management system
*To assist in the collation of medical records and organisation of appointments
The Person
Strong IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and ideally audio typing systems (Big hand).
Ability to work independently to a high standard and to effectively prioritise competing deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
High standards of client and customer service.
Previous experience of working in a legal administration function desirable, applications from individuals with strong audio and copy typing skills will also be considered
