This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual looking to progress their career. This firm has ambitious plans for their Leeds office as they continue to grow the overall client base in the North. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role in the expansion of the firm’s nationally renowned Education team working out of their Leeds office, helping to drive the growth of their schools practice in the North and further education practice nationally. They recognise that this is a specialist area of law and will provide all necessary training and support to give the right candidate the know-how to competently advise on client needs and successfully develop the role. They will consider candidates of all levels if there is a demonstration of good quality experience in the Education sector. Experience in academy work is preferred and Further Education experience is an advantage. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded, self-motivated individual who will enjoy dealing with a varied caseload. This role will involve being part of the team providing the full range of Education law advice for schools and colleges. Ideally candidates will have experience of handling commercial and/or corporate matters within the sector, but we will consider other disciplines. Guidance and direction is available from more senior members of the team on more complex matters, and training and support will be provided to assist your personal development. It is encouraged that employees take ownership and responsibility for work, at increasing levels of significance in order to progress their position over time within the team and the firm.
