Residential Property Paralegal

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Paralegal to join a fantastic law firm based in their Chandler’s Ford office within a growing residential property team.

The Role:

You will assist fee earners and manage your own small caseload of files.  You will open and close files, complete SDLT forms, post completion matters and liaise with clients and external parties.

The Candidate:

Ideally you will have at least one year’s experience within residential property and have a positive and enthusiastic outlook with strong interpersonal and communication skills.  You will be ambitious and proactive and able to prioritise your workload effectively.
