Construction Solicitor

A great opportunity for a 1-5 year PQE solicitor to join a leading top 200 and legal 500 law firm based in Southampton within their Commercial Property Team.

The Role:

The role will mainly focus on non-contentious construction work including review of building contracts, collateral warranty deeds and providing commercial property support across the team.

The Candidate:

You will between 1 and 5 year’s experience with commercial property with excellent communication and client care skills.
