I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced contested trust & probate solicitor to join a leading regional team at an associate/senior associate level.
The firm is a highly respected Leamington based commercial and private client practice which advises clients from a broad range of sectors, though has a long-established reputation for their private client work. Due to on-going organic growth, they wish to recruit an experienced senior associate level (minimum 8 years' PQE) specialist in contested trust & probate work.
You will advise executors, beneficiaries and trustees on a range of contested matters, so it is vital that you have an in-depth knowledge of this area of litigation, indeed ACTAPS membership would be a strong indicator of your experience in this work.
You will also possess some leadership qualities and be expected to take responsibility for training and supervising junior team members, as well as working with the Partner on business development initiatives to generate new work relationships and work sources for the department.
The Leamington Spa-based firm provides a supportive and collegiate working environment, as well as a competitive financial and lifestyle benefits package.
