Exciting opportunity for a Senior Planning Lawyer to join a busy, progressive Local Authority in Greater London on a locum basis.
Our client is seeking a competent and hard-working individual with extensive planning experience in the Public Sector who can hit the ground running in this role. The successful Planning Lawyer will enjoy a workload of varied and interesting cases.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- S278 agreements
- Highways drainage issues
- Traffic orders
- Complex rights of way matters
- Governance experience is desirable
