A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm. This is a full time, permanent opportunity at their South West Birmingham office.
About the Role
As the successful Litigation Solicitor, you will hit the ground running by handling your own caseload of litigation matters to include:
- Consumer disputes
- Landlord and tenant
- Possession claims
- Personal injury
- Debt recovery
- Partnership disputes
- IP disputes
- Contractual disputes
- General civil litigation

Candidate Requirements
The ideal Litigation Lawyer will have:
- 2-5 years’ PQE as a Litigator
- A broad range of litigation experience
- The ability to work well independently without significant supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- The desire to join a fast-paced yet friendly team
